These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.growthacq.com and the services offered by Growth Acquisition ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Growth Acquisition provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing support on a monthly or annual subscription basis, across Starter, Business, and Growth plans, along with optional add-on services described on our Services page.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Selar. Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year. One-time setup fees, where applicable, are described on our Pricing page and are separate from the recurring subscription fee.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund fees already paid for the current billing period unless required by law. Since hosting is part of your subscription, your website will generally go offline once your final billing period ends and hosting is no longer provided.
Domain ownership
If you register and own your domain name directly through a registrar, you retain ownership of that domain regardless of your subscription status with us. If we registered a domain on your behalf, contact us to discuss ownership and transfer.
Client responsibilities
To build and maintain your website, we rely on you to provide accurate business information, logos, photos, and copy in a timely manner, and to review and respond to drafts within a reasonable time. Delays in providing this information may extend project timelines.
Intellectual property
The design, code, and content we create for your website are provided for your use as part of an active subscription. Growth Acquisition's own tools, templates, and internal systems remain our property. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and any content or materials you provide to us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to host or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, or to violate the intellectual property or rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts that violate this.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Acquisition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website downtime, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
