Growth Acquisition ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.growthacq.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact/support form, we collect your name, email address, business name (if provided), the plan you selected, your message, and what type of request it is.
- Scheduling a call. If you book a call through our Calendly widget, that booking is processed directly by Calendly. We receive your name, email, and the details you provide when scheduling. Calendly's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
- Payments and subscriptions. Subscription checkout is processed directly by Selar, our payment provider. We do not collect or store your card details on this site. Selar's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
- Theme preference. If you toggle dark or light mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us or any third party.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general device or location information (such as country or city, derived from IP address, not your exact location). This data is aggregated and used to improve the site; it is not used to individually identify you.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries and support requests, deliver and manage the services you subscribe to, send service-related communication (such as updates about your website or subscription), and improve our site and services over time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services we use
This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function, each of which may process data according to its own privacy policy:
- Selar — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Calendly — scheduling and call booking.
- Google Fonts — typography, loaded from Google's servers.
- Google Analytics — site usage analytics, to understand how visitors use this site.
We don't use advertising trackers, ad networks, or sell visitor data to third parties for marketing purposes. Google Analytics is used strictly for our own internal analytics — not for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Beyond this and the theme preference described above, this site does not set additional tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as Calendly or Selar's checkout) may set their own cookies when you interact with them directly — refer to their respective policies for details. You can disable cookies or opt out of Google Analytics tracking through your browser settings or tools such as Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
We retain contact and client information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and meet legal or accounting obligations. If you'd like your information deleted and you're not an active subscriber, contact us and we'll process that request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@growthacq.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
